Payments
Online checkout is provided by Razorpay. This website records order details and payment status; card and UPI credentials are entered with the payment provider, not in the resort booking form.
Storage and requests
Enquiry and booking information is stored in the website database for handling the request and related records. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the resort; some records may need to be retained for completed transactions or legal obligations.
Booking details in your browser
When you continue from an accommodation page to checkout, the booking form temporarily stores the details in that browser tab so they can be transferred to the payment page. Closing the tab clears this session storage.
